    Seamless titanium tubes are widely used in industrial fields due to their excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and light weight.

    Mainly including chemical equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactor piping; marine engineering, such as seawater desalination systems, ship components; energy industry, such as nuclear power condensate pipe, oil and gas mining high-pressure piping; automobile manufacturing high-performance exhaust system and power environmental protection, such as flue gas desulphurization equipment.

    Commonly used materials such as industrial pure titanium Gr2 and titanium alloy Gr5, in the strong corrosion, high pressure and high temperature and other harsh environments can replace the stainless steel, significantly extend the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.

    Wall thicknesses of commonly used titanium tubes are as follows:

    Thin-walled titanium tubes

    Usually in the range of 0.5mm-1.25mm, such as 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.25mm and so on.
    Application: Widely used in some occasions with strict weight requirements and low pressure.

    Medium wall titanium tubing

    1.25mm-4.0mm, such as 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm are common specifications.
    Application: Used in general pressure and medium industrial piping.

    Thick wall titanium tubes

    Wall thickness over 4.0mm, such as 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, etc.
    Application: Used in special industrial environments subject to high pressure and harsh working conditions.

    Short Length Titanium Tube

    Generally in 500mm-1500mm, suitable for some small equipment or local piping connection.

    Medium length titanium pipe

    1500mm-6000mm, such as 2000mm, 3000mm, 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm, etc. It is the common length specification for customers, which is convenient for transportation and installation.

    Extra long titanium pipe

    12000mm, if you have other specifications, we can customize the production.

    GR1, GR2 Good corrosion resistance, easy to fabricate and weld, relatively low strength

    Good corrosion resistance and crevice corrosion resistance. The requirements for strength are not high, but the requirements for corrosion resistance are high. Areas prone to crevice corrosion in petrochemical, desalination and other areas.
