1. GR2 Pure Titanium L Profile (Preferred for Light-duty Scenarios)
High ductility, easy to process, resistant to corrosion by fresh water/seawater/dilute acids, and lower cost than alloy profiles;
Marine aquaculture equipment: L profiles with 10-20mm leg length are used as cage frame supports, which can resist seawater immersion without rusting for 5 years, are 43% lighter than stainless steel, and reduce the load on aquaculture platforms;
Food processing workshops: 8-15mm L profiles are used to make equipment brackets, with easy-to-clean surfaces, meeting FDA hygiene standards and avoiding metal ion contamination during food processing.
2. GR5 Titanium Alloy L Profile (Main Choice for High Loads)
Tensile strength of 895MPa, fatigue resistance, resistance to high temperatures up to 400℃, suitable for high-stress scenarios;
Heavy machinery: 15-25mm L profiles are used as reinforcing ribs for hydraulic equipment bases, with high rigidity ensuring stable operation of the equipment, resistance to hydraulic oil corrosion, and a service life 3 times longer than that of steel profiles.
3. GR7 Titanium Alloy L Profile (Specialized in Corrosion Resistance)
Contains palladium, resistant to organic acids and dilute sulfuric acid, suitable for chemical corrosion environments;
Chemical workshops: 12-20mm L profiles are used as acid tank supports and pipeline supports, resistant to corrosion by acetic acid and sulfuric acid vapor, avoiding equipment tilting caused by bracket rusting, and ensuring production safety.
All L profiles support customized leg lengths (5-50mm) and wall thicknesses (1-8mm), and can be directly assembled without secondary processing, significantly shortening the project cycle.
