Application
The different grades of titanium wide plate for application:

Grade 1 (GR1): Basic industrial pure titanium material. Excellent corrosion resistance (acid and alkali corrosion resistance up to ASTM B265). Medium strength (tensile strength ≥ 240MPa). Suitable for chemical equipment manufacturing, excellent performance in strong acid and alkali environment.
Application: TA1 material reactor of domestic chemical factory, no corrosion in continuous use for 8 years. -
Grade 2 (GR2): High purity industrial titanium (purity ≥99.6%). Perfect balance of corrosion resistance, strength (tensile strength ≥345MPa) and workability.
Applications: Shipbuilding, petrochemical equipment and electronics. -
Grade 7 (GR7): Enhanced palladium alloy (0.12-0.25% palladium) 300% higher corrosion resistance to reducing acids. Suitable for strong acid environments (pH 1-3) in the chemical industry.
Application: GR7 material is used in sulfuric acid production lines to increase the service life by 5 times. -
Grade 12 (GR12): Molybdenum Nickel Reinforced (0.2-0.4% Molybdenum, 0.6-0.9% Nickel). Tensile Strength ≥483MPa. Seawater Corrosion Resistance is 10 times that of ordinary stainless steel.
Application: Offshore oil platforms are made of GR12 with excellent typhoon corrosion resistance.

Packaging of Titanium Plate & Sheet
Titanium sheets and plates are packed and labelled in accordance with regulations and customer requests.
Care is taken to avoid any damage that might be caused during storage or transportation of plywood cases. Clear labels are also attached to the outside of the packages to make the product and quality information easily identifiable.

Sea freight:
1. CIF to customer's port: This option is lower cost and covers nearly all countries and regions. It typically takes 15-45 days to arrive.
2. FOB to any domestic port: Handled according to customer requirements.
Air freight:
1. Airport-to-airport: Covers nearly all countries and is typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
2. Door-to-door express: Covers almost all countries and regions and is delivered within 5-10 days.
Rail transport:
1. FCA: delivery to designated departure stations in China (e.g. Xi'an or Chengdu Port Station).
Coverage: Major rail hubs in inland European regions (e.g. Germany, Poland, Hungary and Belgium), Russia, Belarus and the five Central Asian countries (e.g. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan). Delivery to core European stations takes approximately 12–25 days, and to Central Asia and Russia it takes approximately 7–15 days.
