Manufacturing titanium foil requires precise metallurgical control and state-of-the-art cold-rolling technology. Unlike thicker sheets, titanium foil (typically defined as thicknesses below 0.15 mm) demands exceptional uniformity in thickness, microstructural consistency, and surface purity.

At ProX Metal, our cold-rolling mills utilize advanced tension control and roll-bending systems to ensure that the dimensional tolerances of our titanium foil are kept within microns. Following cold rolling, the foil undergoes bright annealing (BA) in a protective vacuum or inert gas atmosphere. This process prevents the formation of an oxide layer, resulting in a highly reflective, clean surface finish that is essential for electronic and electrochemical applications.
