Industry Application Scenarios by Grade
Precision electronics: used for semiconductor chip support wires and micro sensor connecting wires. Low impurities prevent interference with electronic signals and can withstand mild solvents and temperatures in the packaging process.
Environmental protection industry: As the membrane component support wire of high-concentration organic wastewater treatment equipment and the internal fixing wire of chlorine-containing wastewater disinfection equipment, it can withstand complex corrosive media and extend the service life of environmental protection equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
GR1 is pure titanium (≥99.6% purity) offering excellent ductility and biocompatibility, ideal for low-load applications. GR7 is a titanium-palladium alloy (Ti-0.2Pd) specifically optimized for strong resistance to reducing acid corrosion and medium-temperature stability.
GR2 titanium wire is ideal for mild corrosion scenarios in seawater and freshwater. It is more cost-effective than GR5 and is suitable for low-load applications where the high tensile strength of GR5 is not required.
GR5 titanium wire is highly resistant to strong reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid) as well as chloride solutions, making it stable and reliable in medium-temperature chemical reaction environments.
GR7 titanium straight wire can perform stably at temperatures up to ≤250℃ for long-term operations, and up to ≤300℃ for short-term exposures, retaining its mechanical properties without deformation or breakage.
Its high purity (≥99.6%) ensures low electrical signal interference, while its good ductility allows easy processing into semiconductor chip support wires and micro sensor connecting wires.
