Core Process: High-purity sponge titanium is melted into ingots via vacuum arc remelting (VAR), then forged and rolled into Titanium Rods. These are subsequently shaped through multi-pass CNC precision wire drawing. The drawing process incorporates an online lubrication and temperature control system, dynamically regulating drawing speed (0.5m/s–5m/s) and die pressure.
