Chemical Composition & Mechanical Properties

GR1 grade is widely applied in high corrosion resistance and high plasticity.

->Titanium sheet for the chemical industry: Titanium sheet are used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant equipment such as heat exchangers and reactors.

->Titanium plates for the offshore industry: they are used for desalination equipment and offshore platform components.

GR2 is is widely applied in high strength condition.

->Titanium plates for automotive industry: Titanium plates are used for exhaust systems and engine components with good resistance to high temperature and corrosion.

->Titanium sheet for the construction industry: Titanium sheet are used in building structures and decorative materials, combining strength and corrosion resistance.

✅ 100% internal integrity: Ultrasonic testing (UT) is performed on the entire plate to generate images confirming the absence of any harmful internal defects.
✅ 100% dimensional accuracy: the entire plate surface complies with the standard requirements for thickness, flatness and other dimensional tolerances.

We deliver a material quality certificate compliant with international standards alongside the titanium plate to ensure worry-free procurement.

Which reports will be provided to the customer before the titanium plates are shipped?
1. Material specification (3.1), including chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances and surface condition.
2. Ultrasonic testing (UT) report.
3. Hardness test.(HR.HBW).
4. Grain Size Rating Report.
5. Positive Material Identification (PMI) report.
6. DP/RT (available on request).

If any further documentation is needed, it will be offered upon request.

Titanium sheets and plates are packed and labelled in accordance with regulations and customer requests.
Care is taken to avoid any damage that might be caused during storage or transportation of plywood cases. Clear labels are also attached to the outside of the packages to make the product and quality information easily identifiable.

The shipping methods available to you are:
Sea freight:
1. CIF to customer's port: This option is lower cost and covers nearly all countries and regions. It typically takes 15-45 days to arrive.
2. FOB to any domestic port: Handled according to customer requirements.

Air freight:
1. Airport-to-airport: Covers nearly all countries and is typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
2. Door-to-door express: Covers almost all countries and regions and is delivered within 5-10 days.

Rail transport:
1. FCA: delivery to designated departure stations in China (e.g. Xi'an or Chengdu Port Station).
Coverage: Major rail hubs in inland European regions (e.g. Germany, Poland, Hungary and Belgium), Russia, Belarus and the five Central Asian countries (e.g. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan).
Delivery to core European stations takes approximately 12–25 days, and to Central Asia and Russia it takes approximately 7–15 days.
