China Industrial CP Titanium & Alloy Titanium Billets Suppliers | Factory Direct Round & Square Billets
Products Details
Titanium ingot is a primary metal product obtained by melting titanium sponge, which is an important intermediate raw material in the titanium industrial chain, and is mainly used for further processing into titanium materials (such as titanium plate, titanium wire, titanium pipe, etc.) or for the production of titanium alloy. Our company produces industrial pure titanium and alloy titanium ingots, which are used in chemical equipment, shipbuilding, electric power and consumer goods.
Titanium Billet Specification & Shape & Surface Condition
1. Billet Shape
- Cylindrical billet: common diameter Φ300mm~800mm, height 500mm~1500mm.
- Square billet/flat billet: cross section size (200mm*200mm)~(600mm*1200mm) for subsequent plate rolling.
2. Single Ingot Weight
- Small ingot: 50kg~500kg (laboratory or precision use).
- Standard ingot: 1 ton~5 tons (industrial mass production).
- Large ingot: up to 10 tonnes or more (e.g. large part blanks for ships).
3. Surface Condition
- Machined surface: surface turning treatment, roughness Ra≤3.2μm.
- As-cast Surface ingot: retains casting oxidised layer, must be removed by subsequent machining.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary applications of ProX titanium ingots?
Our titanium ingots are mainly used for further processing into titanium plates, wires, tubes, or for the production of titanium alloys. They serve key industries such as chemical equipment manufacturing, shipbuilding, electric power, and consumer goods.
What shapes and specifications of titanium billets do you supply?
We supply cylindrical billets with common diameters from Φ300mm to 800mm (height 500mm~1500mm), and square/flat billets with cross-section dimensions ranging from 200mm*200mm to 600mm*1200mm, ideal for subsequent plate rolling.
What single ingot weights are available for order?
We offer three main weight classes: small ingots (50kg to 500kg) for laboratory or precision use, standard ingots (1 ton to 5 tons) for industrial mass production, and large ingots (up to 10 tonnes or more) for applications like ship blanks.
How does ProX guarantee the quality of its titanium products?
We utilize a triple melting (VAR) process keeping oxygen content ≤ 800ppm under vacuum protection. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality testing, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties reporting, and non-destructive testing (UT ultrasonic flaw detection and X-ray testing).
What is your warranty and refund policy if the product fails testing?
We support third-party testing and provide original factory warranties and material certificates. We promise that all titanium billets are traceable; if the test fails to meet the required standards, we provide a full refund and bear the freight costs.
